In celebration of Kiah and Hustle’s birthdays, here is a simple, grain free birthday cake recipe for dogs!
Cake Ingredients:
2 Free range, grass-fed Eggs
2 tablespoons of whole Coconut Milk
1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
¼ cup of Coconut Flour
1 teaspoon of Baking Soda
Icing ingredients:
2 tablespoons of whole Coconut Milk
2 tablespoons of Peanut Butter
1 tablespoon of Shredded Coconut
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Mix cake ingredients together
Rub coconut oil in a 5” baking dish
Pour cake ingredients into the dish
Put cake in the oven for 25 minutes
Mix icing ingredients together
Take cake out and let cool (make sure it’s cool for your dog).
Ice the cake and for extra decoration, sprinkle shredded coconut on top
Make dogs pose with cake – that’s required!
Sing “Happy Birthday” and serve!
